Digital Marketing Specialist (Entry Level)

Job Summary

HireFrontier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist (Entry-Level) to support digital campaign execution for a major client in the staffing and workforce solutions space.

In this role, you will assist in planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns designed to increase brand visibility, improve candidate engagement, and support lead generation for recruitment and staffing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, recruitment marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, social media strategy, and data-driven optimization . This position offers hands-on experience working within a fast-paced staffing and recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with recruitment and staffing objectives

  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to improve organic search visibility

  • Assist in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, display, search, and social advertising)

  • Create and schedule engaging digital content including blogs, job marketing posts, social media content, and visuals

  • Manage and update social media platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement activities

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns including newsletters, drip campaigns, and candidate outreach workflows

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and digital reporting tools

  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve performance

  • Support marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and audience segmentation

  • Conduct competitive research on recruitment marketing trends and staffing industry strategies

  • Ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines, compliance standards, and advertising regulations

  • Assist in tracking budgets and campaign performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, preferably in recruitment marketing or staffing environments

  • Basic experience or exposure to SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms

  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)

  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) used in staffing/recruitment

  • Digital marketing certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint

  • Experience supporting recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition campaigns.
