Job Description

We#39;re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant . This role is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone eager to gain hands-on experience in live event marketing, brand promotions, and customer engagement.

You#39;ll receive paid training while working alongside experienced marketing professionals at promotional events, retail activations, trade shows, and community outreach campaigns. No prior marketing experience is required—we#39;re looking for attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You#39;ll Do

  • Represent nationally recognized brands at live marketing events.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Communicate product and campaign information clearly and confidently.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Help coordinate promotional materials and event logistics.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
  • Gather customer feedback and campaign insights.
