Are you ready to take your career to new heights and be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge defense technology that protects and connects the world Raytheon Shipboard Missiles a sub strategic business unit within Naval Power is seeking an innovative and dynamic Japan In-Country Program Manager to lead mission-critical efforts for the Standard Missile 3 Blk IIA (SM-3 Blk IIA) is a highly visible program within Raytheon and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and reports directly to the SM-3 Blk IIA Program unique opportunity positions you as the strategic bridge between our SM-3 Portfolio Executive leadership team and our esteemed partner Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) based in Japan.
In this high-impact role you will have the rare chance to directly contribute to the advancement of life-saving missile defense technology for our customer MDA. By driving munition acceleration initiatives and ensuring alignment with production milestones you will play a pivotal role in helping meet the growing demand for the SM-3 Blk IIA program. The salary range for this role is 186200 USD - 353800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
