Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Newswriter I to join our core centralized Operations collective in a full-time remote capacity across India. In this high-leverage, entry-level content engineering seat, you will step up to claim true individual operational accountability for executing high-volume data gathering, rapid news content production, and tool-based script execution under structured editorial supervision. Shifting completely away from routine loose blogging, detached creative copy copyediting, or passive ledger observation, you will operate as a critical structural bridge connecting high-volume business-to-business (B2B) journalism with technical data asset management. Your primary focus will focus on transforming raw financial, advertising, and corporate news insights into structured, scannable articles that serve as actionable sales leads for our global enterprise subscribers. This position requires an early-career writing professional who drafts high-volume marketing insights fluidly natively using Content Writer standards, logs multi-tenant database profiles smoothly natively using Data Entry protocols across Airtable dashboards, and exploits modern AI/LLM production upscaling platforms confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume B2B Content Production: Research, compile, and produce a minimum of 10 plus data-driven B2B news articles daily, targeting specific industries and corporate entities cleanly natively utilizing Content Writer methodologies.
• Trend Monitoring and Lead Sourcing: Track, monitor, and synthesize industry news, analyzing changing advertising expenditures and corporate finance records to build actionable trend reports and high-signal sales leads.
• Structured Database Asset Entry: Execute clean, accurate database indexing and record management, logging and organizing your verified research variables cleanly natively leveraging Data Entry templates inside Airtable.
• Rigorous Quality Assurance Auditing: Edit and polish your own written outputs while performing peer reviews across the operational pool to ensure uncompromised data accuracy, text clarity, and seamless workflow efficiencies.
• Multi-Regional Editorial Alignment: Enforce rigid adherence to AP Style manual parameters and internal in-house editorial blueprints, tailoring content tone cleanly to mirror both US and UK English audience expectations.
• Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Partner in lockstep with distributed Teams of Researchers, Performance Marketers, and Product Managers, ensuring published assets match customer tracking needs precisely.
• AI-Forward Workflow Automation Support: Assist with internal product development initiatives, testing and running generative AI models, LLM writing assistants, content automation scripts, and workflow improvement macros to multiply software delivery velocity.
• Advanced Digital Research Refinement: Continuously iterate and upgrade your personal sourcing mechanics, utilizing specialized digital tools and complex Boolean search queries to secure high-integrity data points.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional history or exceptional practical background running digital news writing, technical research gathering, full-cycle B2B content drafting, corporate editing, or publishing operations support.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of written English mechanics, visual text structuring, fact-checking practices, data-verification guidelines, and information source mapping.
• Expert-tier capability authoring technical business content, organizing article flows, and implementing strict AP Style formatting rules natively utilizing Content Writer processes (backed by a proven capacity to handle high-volume output environments exceeding 10+ summaries/day).
• Practical operational familiarity inputting complex data variables, managing relational cells, and tracking progress matrices natively using Data Entry software (specifically requiring strong hands-on comfort with Airtable and Google Workspace).
• Strong, uncompromised willingness and operational comfort leveraging advanced generative AI/LLM tools and automated platform helpers as a core asset to accelerate daily production workflows.
• Demonstrated experience executing complex digital research paths, showing deep familiarity handling Boolean operators and navigating corporate datasets.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling flawless asynchronous interaction with cross-functional product cells across multiple time zones.
• Education context: Possession of a formal university Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or a related quantitative or humanities discipline (or equivalent verified practical career experience).
