Responsibilities:

  • Lead in-depth discovery to analyze customer networks across CPE, access, transport, core, and OSS/BSS.
  • Document network topologies and integration points with precision, highlighting constraints and opportunities.
  • Design target-state architectures that align with customer goals and next-gen platforms.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to develop tailored technical solutions and demonstrations.
  • Provide expert architectural oversight throughout onboarding and deployment.
  • Establish repeatable methodologies for scoping, solution design, and delivery.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor internally, sharing insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to automate provisioning and streamline network operations.

Skills / Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with certifications preferred.
  • Deep expertise in telecom and ISP networking technologies.
  • 5+ years’ experience in roles such as Network Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and results-driven, with a passion for driving change in the industry.
