Lincoln Service Manager Company: Apple Valley Lincoln Compensation: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 Are you passionate about delivering a premium service experience and leading a high-performing team? Apple Valley Ford/Lincoln is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure every guest receives exceptional care. As a Lincoln Service Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to providing white-glove service, maintaining OEM standards, and driving operational excellence.   • Lead and develop the Ford/Lincoln service team, including advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure premium customer experiences through personalized service and proactive communication.
  • Oversee daily operations, workflow, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with Ford and Lincoln OEM standards, warranty policies, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to achieve department goals.
  • Collaborate with parts and sales teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, training, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years of automotive service management experience (Ford or Lincoln experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and achieve financial targets.
  • Proficiency with service management software.
  • Valid driver’s license
