If your experience is limited to basic administrative support, this is not the right fit.

If you thrive in client-facing work, can move quickly, and can handle high-stakes immigration intake, keep reading.

We focus on

  • Strong intake and client experience
  • Systems that support efficient case handling and growth

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients under stress

Client Intake & Case Support:

  • Manage inbound leads and consultations
  • Collect, organize, and track client documentation

Client Communication:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and families
  • Set expectations and clearly communicate next steps
  • Maintain consistent and reliable follow-up

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Immigration law experience (immigration paralegal, family-based, removal defense, or humanitarian preferred)
  • Spanish fluency (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable transportation for travel to Eloy Detention Center

Preferred

  • Prior detention case experience
  • Familiarity with systems such as Docketwise, Filevine, or similar
  • Intake, sales, or client conversion experience

Who You Are

  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Organized, but flexible in dynamic situations
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals in difficult circumstances
  • Reliable and consistent in follow-through
  • Able to perform under pressure without losing focus or professionalism

Compensation & Growth

  • Compensation: Determined by qualifications and experience
  • Contractor role (1099)
  • Performance bonuses tied to intake and case conversion
  • Growth opportunities into senior case management or paralegal-level responsibilities

Why This Role Matters

You are often the first meaningful point of contact for clients entering our system.

That means you directly influence:

  • Trust in the firm
  • Client retention and sign-ups
  • The trajectory of each case from the very beginning
