Forklift Operator/Cherry Picker

Experienced Cherry Picker Operator needed to safely retrieve inventory and keep warehouse operations moving efficiently.

Forklift Operator/Cherry Picker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Safely operate a cherry picker forklift to retrieve and stock inventory up to 50 feet in the air.
• Pull, stage, and verify customer orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all warehouse safety procedures while working at elevated heights.
• Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse.

Forklift Operator/Cherry Picker Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent cherry picker forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
• Proven stable work history and longevity with previous employers; reliability and attendance are essential.
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 50 feet while operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to accurately read pick tickets, locate inventory, and meet productivity goals with minimal supervision.
• Forklift certification or the ability to successfully complete on-site equipment evaluation preferred.
