Sales Representative (Auto Hail Repair)

Travel Position | Weekly Pay | Uncapped Commission & Bonuses

Pay: $105,00 – $215,000 per year
Average Seasonal Earnings: $158,000+ (Feb 15 – Nov 1)

iHail Repair is a rapidly growing storm restoration company specializing in auto hail damage repair. We strategically operate in high-demand storm-affected markets across the U.S., relocating 2–3 times per year to maximize opportunity for our team.

We are seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Representatives to join our storm restoration team. This is a high-performance, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

• Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Schedule and set qualified appointments for inspections
• Educate homeowners on the hail damage repair process
• Build trust with clients and support the closing process
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training
• Relocate to designated storm markets 2–3 times per year

• $1000-$1500 commission per repair order* (average estimate)
• Weekly commission payouts
• Performance bonuses (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Milestone rewards (including luxury Rolex ceremony for top performers)

Projected Seasonal Earnings: $158,000+ based on team averages (top tier $250k+)
