Unlike traditional home service sales models, our reps close deals directly at the door—typically within 10 to 15 minutes of first contact. This is a true one-call-close environment built for high performers who can communicate confidently, build trust quickly, and execute.
As a Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales Representative , you will generate new business by canvassing residential neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, and closing pest control service agreements on the spot.
This role is ideal for highly competitive individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, performance-based income, and working within a strong team culture.
Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners directly
Present pest control services confidently and professionally
Build rapport quickly and overcome objections in real time
Close deals at the door within approximately 10–15 minutes of first contact
Educate homeowners on pest prevention and treatment solutions
Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer information
Work alongside team leaders and sales managers to improve daily performance
Represent ENVI Marketing with professionalism and energy
Strong communication and people skills
Competitive, high-energy, and self-motivated mindset
Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners daily
Ability to work in a commission-only, performance-driven environment
Coachable attitude with willingness to learn and improve

Preferred (Not Required):
Door-to-door or direct sales experience
Pest control, home services, or B2C sales background
Athletics, leadership, or competitive experience
