Essential Job Functions:

• Quickly and accurately rings up customer products.
• Provides excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect.
• Follows proper procedures for customer check out, handling of tenders, use of tares, sales of alcoholic beverages, and use of PLUs and UPCs.
• Follows established procedures to report errors in retail pricing or signage.
• Goes the extra mile to make every guest's experience and great one.
• Completes side tasks as directed - including but not limited to: cleaning register stations, sweeping floors, maintaining clean bathrooms, dusting and facing products, sweeping outside patio, pricing products.
• Takes direction and performs duties assigned by Front of House and/or RWM Leadership Team.
• Assists fellow employees as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must possess a love of people, interact with people well, and possess a desire for excellent customer service.
• Able to take direction, work independently, and as a member of the team.
• Must be highly motivated, hard working, and have an enthusiastic attitude.
• Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must have problem solving skills, be flexible, creative, and able to adapt to change when required.
• Must have a reliable transportation and report to work in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay starts at $15.00 per hour

Requirements

• Requires flexible hours, weekend availability preferred.
• Customer service experience a plus but not required.
• Must communicate by Homebase and email.
• Is an active part of the Rosewood Market Team, adhering to high standards of service, quality, and presentation.
• Takes initiative to help any area of the business if possible.
• Performs other duties as assigned and requested. It is understood that every incidental duty connected with operations detailed in this job description are not always specifically described. Employees may be required to perform duties not within their job description as requested at the discretion of RWM Management.
