Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Warehouse Packer for our client in Mahwah, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
• Sunday - Wednesday: 7AM - 5:30PM ,
• Thursday - Saturday: 6:30AM - 6:30PM , or
• Monday - Friday: 3PM - 11:30PM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $16.50 - $18.50 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Packer plays a key role in preparing products for shipment by carefully packing, labeling, and organizing items. This position ensures that orders are handled accurately and delivered in excellent condition while supporting overall efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack products following company procedures and guidelines
• Inspect items for any damage or defects prior to packaging
• Apply correct labels and shipping information to all packages
• Assemble boxes and prepare packing materials as needed
• Securely seal and stack packed items for shipment
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Adhere to all company policies and safety standards
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Report any issues with products or packaging to a supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Previous experience in warehouse or packing roles preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and company guidelines
