FrogHire.ai is a fast-growing and AI-driven career development tool helping job seekers navigate the job market with speed, clarity, and confidence. Our flagship product, FrogHire.ai, combines automation, real-time and historical data, and intelligent insights to simplify and accelerate the job search. To ensure its continual improvement, we are looking to hire a talented and driven UX/UI Designer to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand user requirements and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually iterate and improve the user experience.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive and consistent design language across the platform.

Requirements

Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
