Job Title: UI/UX DesignerWork Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) – Must be LocalFinal round will be F2F12+ Years Experience RequiredW2 Key Responsibilities:Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals and accessibility standards (WCAG).Design interfaces for complex, rule-based systems including AI/ML-enabled solutions with a focus on Explainable AI (XAI).Present complex data and workflows through effective data visualization. 12+ years UI/UX design experience with enterprise systems.Strong skills in responsive design, accessibility, and Agile environments.Experience with data visualization and designing for healthcare, government, or financial systems preferred.Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
