A growing and well-established land surveying firm in Wall, NJ is looking to add a Survey CAD Technician to support their expanding workload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on land development projects and wants to be part of a collaborative, tech-forward team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare survey drawings including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
• Process field data and create deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Collaborate closely with field crews and project managers
• Assist with construction layout drafting and plan production
• Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple active projects

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Survey CAD Technician (or similar role)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
• Experience with Carlson and/or survey data processing software is a plus
• Strong understanding of survey workflows and drafting standards
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
