Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need proven experience in MSP and business-class environments.
• We require strong expertise in switching and routing, including Layer 2/3 design and administration, UTM firewall deployment, QoS, Spanning Tree, core switch and firewall routing, IPSec VPNs, and Zero Trust models.
• We need hands-on ability in enterprise or hospitality-grade wireless networking, with a solid grasp of spectrum usage, frequencies, and interference mitigation.
• We require experience designing, implementing, and supporting VoIP systems, including environments that use Session Border Controllers.
• We need Microsoft 365 experience, including building and managing cloud tenants with secure email, file storage, collaboration, and Conditional Access; Google Workspace experience may also be considered.
• We require Windows Server experience across Hyper-V, Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, File Services, Group Policy, and AD Connect; VMware-related experience is also acceptable.
• We need a deep understanding of cybersecurity risks and best practices.
• We require the ability to design and deploy the solutions listed above, perform cross-domain root-cause analysis, and implement business continuity solutions aligned with the 3-2-1 backup model.
• We require the ability to pass a background check in line with state and federal laws.
• We require a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications, experience with large churches or nonprofit organizations, macOS management using MDM such as Mosyle, Microsoft Teams phone system deployment, Azure networking and server administration, and a bachelors degree in a related field.

• We will design solutions for a variety of environments, with emphasis on enterprise or hospitality-class wired and wireless networks, virtual server infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• We will implement and support wired and wireless networks, scalable virtual and physical server solutions, Microsoft 365 or comparable cloud services, cloud and hybrid VoIP systems, and backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• We will assess client and prospect environments from an infrastructure standpoint.
• We will maintain client systems through virtual ownership, migrations, upgrade recommendations, technical team leadership and mentoring, and a strong focus on security.
• We will investigate escalated technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• We will communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including training and mentoring other engineers.
