Job Overview
Tekberry is seeking a Scrum Master II to support Agile delivery teams for our client in a dynamic product and technology environment. This role serves as a servant leader and Agile coach , focused on enabling team success through Lean/Agile practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
The Scrum Master II will facilitate team learning and growth while driving improvements in productivity, predictability, and transparency. This role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and change leadership skills, along with the ability to foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Coaching
Serve as Scrum Master for assigned Agile team(s) within a defined product or feature area
Coach teams on Lean/Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
Promote an inclusive environment where team members are engaged and aligned on goals
Team Facilitation & Delivery Support
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Guide teams through release planning and backlog readiness
Ensure teams understand and meet commitments and delivery expectations
Support teams in resolving challenges and improving delivery outcomes
Productivity, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Collect, interpret, and communicate team performance metrics
Identify trends, risks, and leading indicators of delivery challenges
Drive initiatives to improve productivity, predictability, and transparency
Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights
Cross-Team Collaboration & Planning
Facilitate cross-team alignment and feature planning events
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and leadership
Support dependency management and alignment across teams
Provide input to development managers on resourcing needs and bottlenecks
Impediment Management
Identify, track, and escalate complex or cross-team impediments
Work with leadership to resolve issues impacting delivery
Enable teams to operate efficiently and independently
Agile Adoption & Change Management
Support adoption of Lean/Agile operating models
Lead change initiatives and guide teams through evolving ways of working
Reinforce Agile mindset and best practices across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, OR equivalent experience
2 3 years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
Experience with 2 or more Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Strong facilitation and meeting management skills
Proven ability to lead change and drive team accountability
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates characteristics of an ideal team player (Humble, Hungry, Smart)
Preferred Qualifications
Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, or similar)
Experience in enterprise or scaled Agile environments
Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams
Work Environment
Hybrid role with 2 days onsite per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) if local to Atlanta
Remote candidates may be considered for interview; onsite required if local
Collaborative, fast-paced Agile product environment
Potential for contract extension and/or full-time conversion (must be local and not require sponsorship)
