We are seeking a compassionate and experienced School Social Worker to support students within a dynamic school district in Beach Park, IL. Responsibilities
• Identify and assess students with emotional, mental health, or social service needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective support plans
• Coordinate care services, provide referrals, and maintain communication among stakeholders
• Serve as an advocate for students while fostering a safe and inclusive school environment
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with school policies and ethical standards
• Licensed Social Worker with a valid School Social Work Certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience within the last 5 years
