Scale Clerk / Administrative Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm )

• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks and accurately record load information.
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain records.
• Answer phones, assist customers, and provide excellent service to drivers and visitors.
• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support duties.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and site personnel to support daily operations.

Scale Clerk / Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous office, administrative, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
