Akkodis is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant for a Contract position with a client in Seattle, WA . The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME), working independently while collaborating across Agile teams.

Rate Range: $85/hour to $88/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SAP Basis Consultant job responsibilities include:

• Provide subject matter expertise with deep hands‑on experience in SAP Basis and HANA Database Administration.

• Lead multiple SAP application support and enhancement initiatives, prioritizing tasks and ensuring progress against delivery plans.

• Administer and support S/4HANA, SAP MES, and ChaRM implementations.

• Review and manage request logs; proactively identify recurring issues and drive permanent resolutions.

• Resolve complex technical issues across SAP landscapes and ensure platform stability and performance.

• Review, approve, and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Plan and support innovation initiatives including automation for system refresh and operational activities.

• Utilize AWS for SAP system administration, integrations, and hybrid/cloud environments.

• Support integrations with SaaS applications and external platforms connected to SAP systems.

• Leverage automation tools to streamline system refreshes and operational workloads.

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced SAP S/4HANA Security knowledge (P3 – Advanced level)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead support/enhancement efforts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently and in Agile team environments

• Strong documentation and process‑improvement mindset

Pay Details: $85.00 to $88.00 per hour
