Job Description

Salary: $81,500 - 108,600 per year Requirements:

  • We are looking for experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce CRM, ideally across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • We need strong capability in gathering, documenting, and shaping requirements, along with confident stakeholder engagement.
  • We expect familiarity with Salesforce platform features such as objects, workflows, and reporting.
  • We require experience converting business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
  • We value understanding of Agile delivery practices and related tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • We look for the ability to carry out impact assessments and help evaluate solution options.
  • We need strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
  • We expect clear communication with both business and technical audiences.
  • We need the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • We require a degree or equivalent experience.
  • We typically require 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience includes Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst.
  • Preferred background includes strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Preferred expertise includes process mapping, workflow design, and CRM optimization.
  • Preferred knowledge includes data modeling, reporting, and data quality management in Salesforce.
  • Preferred exposure includes integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
  • Preferred experience includes working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Preferred familiarity includes CRM transformation or migration initiatives.
  • Preferred exposure includes AI-driven CRM capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein features.
  • Preferred experience includes working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
Responsibilities:
  • We will elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives.
  • We will translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • We will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to define solution scope and requirements.
  • We will facilitate requirements workshops, user story creation, and backlog refinement.
  • We will support solution design by collaborating with developers and architects to confirm feasibility and alignment.
  • We will conduct impact analysis and help guide decisions by comparing options and trade-offs.
  • We will participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to verify requirements are met.
  • We will maintain traceability between business requirements, design outputs, and delivered solutions.
  • We will support data analysis, process mapping, and CRM workflow optimization.
  • We will identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance the user experience.
  • We will ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and data standards.
  • We will work across cross-functional teams to help deliver projects successfully.
