Salesforce Business Analyst Overview We are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-impact CRM solutions within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This individual will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities are effectively leveraged to drive efficiency, improve processes, and support business growth.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on Salesforce experience and thrives in a collaborative, Agile delivery model.
Key Responsibilities Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement - Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout delivery
- Support Agile processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization
Process Optimization - Evaluate current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Design scalable future-state workflows leveraging Salesforce best practices
- Recommend process enhancements to improve productivity, data quality, and user experience
Solution Alignment & Delivery Support - Partner with technical leadership to ensure solutions align with business objectives and platform capabilities
- Develop detailed functional documentation to guide configuration and development
- Support end-to-end solution delivery, including validation, testing alignment, and stakeholder sign-off
Core Deliverables - Business and functional requirements documentation
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Process maps and workflow diagrams (current and future state)
- Supporting documentation for system enhancements and releases
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, and declarative features
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar CRM solutions
- Strong ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
- Experience working within Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred - Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification
- Experience working in distributed or cross-functional team environments
Work Environment - Fully remote with flexibility to support a distributed team
- Preference for candidates aligned with U.S. time zones
