- High School Diploma / Past Safety Experience


Skills Required:
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Bilingual, (English & Spanish)
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point & Excel.

- Authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week


Travel:

- May be required to travel between the office and the farm sites on occasion, with gas mileage reimbursement.

Operation Responsibilities:

- Night Shift Position (2:30pm - 11:30pm)
- Various administrative services as needed.
- Manage and reduce incidences of injuries and non-compliance of company protocols.
- Ensure incident reporting is done in a timely and well documented manner.
- Assist in tracking and reporting all injuries and submitted claims.
- Monitors "Modified Duty Employees" with tracking appointments, depositions, and changes in medical status.
- Assist in completing safety and other audits / inspections as necessary.
- Assist in Human Resources new position dissemination & orientation training.
- Work with Managers, Supervisors & employees in ensuring protocols are being enforced.
- Provide employees monthly, quarterly, annual, and refresher training as needed.
- Complete monthly internal inspections while tracking corrective actions.
- Ensure all employees are trained and adhere to all worksite safety, hygiene protocols and compliance standards.
- Supervise and delegate to the safety team any items pending when Safety Supervisor / Director is not onsite such as trainings, schedules, orientations, employee WC doctor's appointments or follow up.
- Monitor and interact with 3rd party security companies as needed.
