As a Recruitment Partner , you would play a crucial part in wow-ing our clients by recruiting great candidates and helping more business owners grow their teams and their businesses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Talent Magnet: Recruit exceptional technical and non-technical candidates for diverse roles — efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end process, ensuring clients have an experience they’ll rave about!
  • Conduct High-Touch Interviews: Get to the heart of what makes each candidate the perfect fit.
  • Stay Connected: Proactively engage with candidates (schedule interviews, send tasks, clarify applications, share feedback) to keep them excited and informed every step of the way.
  • Build Talent Shortlists: Develop and present highly qualified candidates, giving clients confidence in their hiring decisions.
  • Own Your Roles: Drive strategies, measure performance, and deliver results with accountability and pride.
  • Build Relationships: Partner closely with business owners to gain valuable insights and references.

Working Hours : Full time, with core working hours of 8am—5pm/9am-6pm CET with some flexibility for early evening calls with clients in the USA from time to time.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

5+ years of international experience as a recruiter in an agency environment.

Experience working with clients in the USA, UK and Europe.

Experience conducting interviews for technical and non-technical roles.

Exposure to numerous niches and industries (tech, finance, marketing, legal, creative, support, SaaS, etc.)

Experience working directly with multiple clients simultaneously 

Experience with ATS systems (we use Workable)

Someone with a high sense of urgency, who will be happy to take on the challenge of meeting our most important recruiter KPIs: the quality of candidates, the quantity of candidates and speed of hire.

What’s in it for you?

Earn a monthly salary of $3,000-$3,500*

Full time & fully remote

Our core hours are 8am-5pm – European office hours with some flexibility.

PTO: 20 days of paid holiday and 5 days of paid sick leave per year.

The hiring process for this position will include the following steps:
