We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects across Web3, AI, and full-stack engineering teams.
**_Role Overview_**
As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and client communication. You should be comfortable managing fast-paced technical projects and ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, designers, and stakeholders.
**_Responsibilities_**
* Manage software development projects from planning to delivery
* Coordinate frontend, backend, blockchain, AI, and QA teams
* Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
* Track project progress and resolve blockers
* Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution
* Organize meetings, sprint planning, and reporting
* Improve workflows and project management processes
**_Required Skills_**
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Experience managing remote technical teams
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Understanding of software development lifecycles

* Experience managing Web3 or AI-related projects
* Technical background in software development
* Familiarity with SaaS or startup environments
* Experience with DevOps or cloud-based workflows
* Client-facing project management experience
* Product management experience is a plus
