Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Operator to take full ownership of the industrial manufacturing process in our Houston (77041) facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of production—from initial material handling and equipment setup to real-time process monitoring and final quality control. Proficiency in operating systems via HMI (Human Machine Interface) and the ability to interpret P&IDs is essential, as you will be managing complex systems including chemical reactors, distillation columns, and vacuum-based systems. You must be equally comfortable at the control terminal and on the shop floor, capable of performing process rounds, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and conducting in-process analytical sampling. Whether you are monitoring flowmeters, performing basic maintenance on pumps and compressors, or managing the safe handling of ethanol and caustics, you will be the technical lead responsible for driving operational efficiency and ensuring every batch meets strict regulatory and safety standards. This is a day shift (6am-6pm) with a rotating schedule of Sun-Tue and every other Sat OR Wed-Fri and every other Sat. Pay starts at $27.00/hour based on experience.
