Job Title: Live Stream Break Room Coordinator (Whatnot, OBS, Sports Cards) – Mount Olympus Rips
Company: Mount Olympus Rips
Location: Plymouth, MN (On-site only)
Schedule: Sunday and Monday | Evening Hours (5:00pm – 2:00am)
Compensation: $22 – $30 per Hour (based on experience and card knowledge)

Position Overview
This role is the heartbeat of the stream. You will manage the live break room operations , ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. From tracking teams in real-time to managing OBS and organizing inventory , you are responsible for keeping the operation tight, accurate, and professional.
You are not just assisting. You are running the show behind the camera.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up breaks including wax, repacks, and product displays for a clean and professional stream.
• Operate OBS (Open Broadcast System) to control stream visuals, overlays, and transitions.
• Track teams and bids live on Whatnot , removing teams in real-time with accuracy.
• Monitor break flow to ensure smooth pacing and zero errors during live streams .
• Sort cards by team and player immediately post-break for efficient shipping .
• Sleeve, top-load, and protect high-value hits and case cards .
• Engage with viewers in chat, answering questions and helping maintain a high-energy, positive environment .
• Keep the break room organized, stocked, and running at a high operational level .
• Support breakers with real-time needs, troubleshooting, and maintaining flow.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of sports cards, parallels, SSPs, and product lines (Prizm, Select, NT, etc.) .
• Familiarity with Whatnot live breaks and how auctions, teams, and fillers operate .
• Experience with OBS or comfort learning streaming software quickly .
• High attention to detail in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment .
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task in real time .
• Team-first mindset with competitive energy and accountability .

Bonus Points

• Experience working in live streaming, content production, or break rooms .
• Background in inventory management, fulfillment, or card sorting .
• Active participant in the hobby through buying, selling, or collecting .
