Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

🚘 What You’ll Do

• Perform frequent physical activities such as standing, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling
• Assemble truck bodies and install key components including wire harnesses, partitions, auxiliary batteries, light bars, and other upfit parts
• Disassemble and reassemble factory vehicles as needed
• Maintain high workmanship standards that meet both company and customer expectations
• Document work accurately using photos and project‑specific tracking systems
• Identify efficiency opportunities and contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows

🔧 Essential Skills

• 1 year of Automotive Technician experience
• Autobody experience
• Understanding of automotive mechanical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort with frequent physical movement throughout the day
• Flexibility to work overtime when required

• Experience with automotive electrical systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and work orders with minimal assistance
• 1 year of aftermarket add‑on or upfitting experience

🏭 Work Environment

Work in a new, clean, and well‑organized facility designed for efficiency and comfort. The setup resembles an automotive service area (without floor cutouts), featuring long drive lanes with vans parked back‑to‑back—giving you plenty of room and easy access for installations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rosemount, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
