Position Overview:
Independent owner-operators are being engaged to support ongoing freight operations nationwide. This role is centered on maintaining steady movement through organized dispatch systems while allowing drivers to operate on their own terms with their own equipment.
Responsibilities:
Accept freight assignments based on availability
Stay in contact regarding load progress and delivery timelines
Manage route planning and daily schedules
Submit load confirmations and delivery documentation
Follow dispatch coordination processes
Qualifications:
Valid CDL and authority as an owner-operator
Equipment ownership (any trailer type or power-only)
Strong communication and organizational ability
Capability to manage freight schedules independently
Prior experience required
Work Environment:
Flexible, independent work structure backed by dispatch support, communication workflows, and shipment tracking systems.
