Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization, and we are currently recruiting for a Contract role for one of our premier clients in Canada for Junior Business Analyst.

Role: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite)

Duration: Contract (8+ Months)

Rate: CAD $40-55/hr + HST

Required Skills:

Must Haves:

• Understanding of PHIPA principles: consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguards of PHI.
• General understanding of the roles of health information custodians and agents under PHIPA.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, including presentations and briefing notes, and conducting stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
