SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative will create opportunities to build working relationships with customers in need of renting mobile surveillance units. This position requires a well-organized individual with technical aptitude and office and computer experience. Depending on the location, this position may also provide support across business verticals in a matrixed reporting environment.

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Call on customers and prospects and determine the client needs for service. Develop and deliver proposals for execution. Follow up for customer approval and implementation.
  • Diligently track single jobs with a goal of renewing contracts.
  • Maintain a high call capture rate by supporting service operations and demonstrating positive customer relations.
  • Accurately update company CRM with all call and email activity.
  • Act as a model sales consultant, setting the standard of performance for the team and assisting others when needed.
  • Familiar with the strategic objectives of the company and act in accordance with them.
  • Manage and maintain current customers as directed by management.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and communication with our customers and throughout the division.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Telephone sales skills.
  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed established sales targets.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Telemarketing Experience.
  • Call Center Experience or Customer Service Experience.
  • Appointment Setting.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Extremely perceptive and capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
  • Self-directed and enjoys contributing to a team.
  • Above average organizational abilities and the abilities to juggle multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities, and the ability to grow and maintain relationships with special emphasis on communicating over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask within job duties.

Total Estimated Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000
