The pay range is $73000.00 - $132000.00

A role in Distribution and Receive Centers means being on the very front lines of getting product to the guest as fast as possiblea critical differentiator and one of the most essential functions within Logistics. Whether its through focusing on regional or upstream distribution centers fulfillment centers or import warehouses youll have a chance to positively impact thousands of fellow team members and Target guests worldwide. As an HR Business Partner youwill be a key strategic partner for leadershipandavaluable resource for team through onboarding performance management orgivingleadersand team members the guidance thatthey need tobe successful youwill bea knowledgeable and committed make a positive impacton how team membersexperienceorganizational changeand youll use informationand work closelywith leadersto build the teams thatachievetheirspecificbusinessgoals. Youll also work closely with our leaders to recruit retain develop and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams. Youll think innovatively to solve problems and deliver excellent HR services with quality and efficiency.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations talent acquisition organizational strategy or training and development
• Ability to leverage strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at varying levels of the organization; including but not limited to senior leadership.
• Strong reasoning analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations talent acquisition organizational strategy or training and development
• Ability to understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
• Basic knowledge in word processing spreadsheets computer systems (examples include Excel Word O365)
