We are seeking a reliable, upbeat helper to support both our household and residential real estate team in Washington, DC. This unique position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a real estate career while assisting with everyday tasks to keep life running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will be household support, including cleaning up the kitchen after breakfast, confirming dinner plans and prepping what you can, running grocery/Costco errands, and completing light household tasks. You’ll also provide secondary support to our real estate team through light administrative help, assisting with listing preparations, meeting vendors, and managing logistics related to real estate tasks. We are looking for an organized and proactive individual who is comfortable driving locally and interested in gaining insight into the real estate industry. This role is flexible, but ideally involves a consistent 2-4 hours per day between 8:30am-3:30pm on weekdays. This position is on payroll with taxes withheld, offers mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate, and follows a bi-weekly pay schedule.
