This Boston-based assignment represents one of GLOBAL OPS’ most visible and high-profile residential engagements.
Agents selected for this team are entrusted with safeguarding the safety, privacy, and overall well-being of distinguished clients while operating within a dynamic residential and campus environment.
This role requires not only core executive protection capabilities, but also adaptability in supporting operational logistics that contribute to the client’s safety, residence readiness, and overall continuity of operations.
We are seeking experienced, service-driven Executive Protection Agents who demonstrate strong situational awareness while maintaining a polished and composed presence in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Ensure client safety through vigilance, discretion, and proactive risk mitigation
Conduct route planning, routine patrols, and environmental security assessments
Identify, assess, and report potential threats or irregular activity
Prepare clear, accurate daily reports and incident documentation
Coordinate with local law enforcement and internal security teams when necessary
Support residence readiness, logistical coordination, and operational continuity aligned with protective objectives
Maintain professionalism and composure in all client-facing interactions
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and service excellence
Prior experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military service preferred
Background in martial arts, self-defense, or physical fitness strongly advantageous
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and Passport
Authorization to work in the United States
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Flexible availability across all shifts, including weekends and holidays
Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings and required training
