What You'll Do as a Furniture Assembler:

  • Assemble products using basic hand tools like drills, sanders, and screwdrivers
  • Measure accurately using both metric and standard tape measures
  • Read and interpret shop drawings to correctly assemble products
  • Process parts on the Flatline and support departments with high-volume production needs
  • Operate equipment such as the assembly press and wrap machine
  • Build and assemble drawer boxes according to the production schedule
  • Check your work to ensure everything meets quality standards
  • Inspect parts and check your work throughout the process to ensure all products meet quality standards
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

 

Our Ideal Furniture Assembler:

  • Experienced: 1 year of assembly experience preferred; comfortable using basic hand tools (drills, sanders, screwdrivers) and reading both standard and metric tape measures.
  • Coachable & Motivated: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and takes initiative to improve and grow.
  • Detail-oriented: Focuses on quality and accuracy in daily work.
  • Team Player & Reliable: Works well with others, communicates clearly, and shows up consistently with a positive attitude.
  • Active: Able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and bend, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs.

  • Full-time schedule with early Friday finish (Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM-4:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM-10:30 AM)
  • $16/hour for entry-level team members, with higher pay based on related experience
