Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our patients while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Verify services and assist with supplement/product purchases
• Maintain accurate patient records and daily logs
• Assist with office flow and ensure patients are directed appropriately
• Communicate clearly with the Doctor and team members

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and scheduling software experience
• Interest in holistic health and wellness is a plus
