Your Day-to-Day

• Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, delivering compelling pitches and showcasing the value of our telecommunications services.

• Master the art of immediate rapport-building, quickly understanding customer needs and tailoring your approach.

• Confidently handle objections with grace and professionalism, turning potential 'no's into 'yes's.

• Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and closing deals.

• Maintain peak performance through self-driven daily activity, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.

• Leverage your keen observation skills to read people and adapt your strategy on the fly.

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit, managing your schedule and territory effectively.

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of experience in door-to-door sales (REQUIRED)

• Exceptional face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport instantly.

• Remarkable resilience and a positive attitude, thriving in a results-oriented environment where rejection is part of the process.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to your work, demonstrating strong discipline and a commitment to daily activity.

• The ability to quickly assess situations, understand customer needs, and negotiate effectively to secure agreements.

• Comfort with extended periods of walking and engaging with individuals in various settings.
