QualDerm Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our team in Crystal, MN. Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and documenting medical histories accurately.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are ready.
• Perform basic lab tests and manage specimen collection for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and facilitate effective communication within the clinic.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and skincare maintenance.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary medical supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical assistant role or clinical setting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, especially related to dermatology.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software is a plus.

Compensation Range: $20.16-$26.09 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
