Job Description The Controls Engineer is responsible for analyzing plant processes and designing improvements to optimize efficiency and safety. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and process issues, planning preventative maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to detect problems and implement solutions. The engineer ensures that quality and safety standards are consistently upheld while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills Must Have
1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support.
AC/DC troubleshooting.
Controls electrician expertise.
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Electrical systems knowledge: AC/DC systems, transformers, generators, motor controls, circuit breakers.
Blueprint reading: interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Troubleshooting & repair of complex electrical issues in industrial machinery.
Mechanical troubleshooting.
Technical Skills Nice to Have
Allen-Bradley (A-B) PLC programming.
Advanced Controls Engineering experience.
