We are currently seeking an practiced HR Compliance agent to join our team. As the HR Compliance agent, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
Compliance agent General Requirements:
»Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
»At least 2 years of practice in HR compliance
» expertise of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment
»Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain accurate records
»Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise
» capability to work independently and as part of a team
»Proficient in Microsoft Office
Compliance agent Responsibilities:
»Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment
»Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
»Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance
»Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
»Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
»Collaborate with the HR team to manage employee relations issues
»Ensure proper training and education of employees on HR policies and regulations
