We are hiring Call Center Representatives / Inside Sales Reps to support our growing sales team by engaging homeowners, generating interest, and setting qualified appointments.
This is a high-activity, performance-driven role where you will be the first point of contact between homeowners and our energy solutions team.
This role is ideal for individuals who:
Thrive in phone-based sales or customer interaction

Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided leads
Handle inbound inquiries and respond promptly
Build rapport and create interest in energy-efficient home upgrades
Qualify homeowners based on basic criteria
Schedule appointments for in-home consultations
Clearly communicate value, benefits, and next steps
Track daily metrics (calls, contacts, appointments set)
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion
Maintain consistent activity and performance standards
Experience in call center, inside sales, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and phone presence
Ability to build trust quickly over the phone
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Coachable and open to feedback
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
