Job Description

Salary: $81,500 - 108,600 per year Requirements:

  • We require a bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, and typically 4+ years of relevant background.
  • We prefer a bachelors or masters degree in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related discipline.
  • We look for 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
  • We need experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization platforms.
  • We expect proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
  • We value a solid grasp of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • We seek experience with analytical platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  • We need excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • We expect the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • We also value leadership capability, strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud-native tools.
Responsibilities:
  • We partner with business leaders and executives to understand strategic objectives and uncover data-driven opportunities.
  • We translate complex analytical concepts into clear, concise communication for stakeholders across the organization.
  • We support cross-functional teams by delivering deep data insights for complex business challenges.
  • We collaborate with data engineers and scientists to deliver effective outcomes.
  • We use tools and resources to plan, assess, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • We guide internal and external partners and multi-shore teams to deliver work on time and with high quality.
  • We continuously improve business processes and operations while identifying technical debt across the data landscape and driving remediation efforts.
  • We design solution architectures with an automation-first, enterprise-first, reusable approach and help build alignment around data solutions.
  • We work in Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across the data technology stack.
  • We implement data governance practices and promote data literacy and democratization across the enterprise.
  • We build scalable, reliable data engineering solutions to move data efficiently across batch and real-time systems.
  • We analyze and model structured data, applying advanced statistical and mathematical methods to support analytics use cases.
  • We troubleshoot, monitor, and tune the performance of analytical solutions and RESTful web services.
  • We create interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using strong storytelling and visualization practices.
  • We analyze data to identify trends and patterns, then recommend actions to improve business performance.
  • We train and support end users so they can use Power BI effectively and make informed decisions.
