Gridnaut Recruiting seeks PhD-level experts with experience applying design, optimization, prediction, and scientific reasoning to biological systems. Consultants will tackle multi-omics analysis and hypothesis-driven research.

Pay Rate: $80-$110/hour
Key Expertise Areas:
Analysis: Candidates should handle large-scale datasets including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, extracting insights from high-dimensional data.
Reasoning & Scientific Thinking: Strong causal and mechanistic reasoning skills are required, alongside abilities to generate testable hypotheses and synthesize evidence across experiments.
Design, Optimization & Prediction: Experience in biological or molecular design (protein, DNA/RNA, small molecules) is essential.
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, biostatistics, or chemistry
- 3-8+ years relevant research or industry experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency across data analysis, modeling, and scientific reasoning
- Clear communication of complex concepts
DURATION
Contract, ongoing with potential for extension based on performance. Approximately 20 hours per week.
COMPENSATION
$95 per hour (hourly contract).
