Summary:

This role requires weekend coverage and flexibility to work early morning shifts with a 5:30 AM start time.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
• Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring

• An outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

Located at 280 West Jefferson Street, right in the heart of downtown Louisville, Louisville Marriott Downtown is a large-scale, full-service Marriott hotel.
The property is directly connected via skywalk to the Kentucky International Convention Center — making it a central hub for conferences, conventions, business travel, and major city events.

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
