Angry Donkey is a Walker production bakery specializing in desserts — delicate tarts, cheesecake, cakes, cupcakes, chocolate cups, dessert shooters, and other bite-size confections that steal the show at weddings, events, dessert tables, and corporate gatherings. Small-format desserts are our craft, and every piece that leaves our kitchen is made to look as beautiful as it tastes. We're looking for a pastry chef who loves precision work and takes pride in turning out flawless little desserts, batch after batch. The Role As our baker/pastry chef, you'll produce our full range of mini desserts from the ground up — baking and preparing components, then assembling and finishing each piece with consistency and care. This is detail-driven, high-volume work for someone who finds satisfaction in getting every tart shell, chocolate cup, and shooter just right.
