POSITION: Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance TechnicianSCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs) COMPENSATION: $23-25 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750, $500 a year in tool reimbursement and much more!LOCATION:Arlington Village Apartments

Responsibilities:Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
Benefits and Compensation (for full-time employees):
- Competitive pay
- On-Call bonus of $100 and minimum 1.5 hours of paid time
- Quarterly bonuses up to $750, that's $3,000 a year!
