Portland International Jetport is currently seeking a highly effective, experienced Airport Operations Supervisor to help lead the charge of the Airport Operations Department. The successful incumbent will have demonstrated leadership, project management experience, and problem solving skills in addition to exceptional people skills and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team. Must be capable of leading diverse programs and initiatives while conceiving and achieving the many goals that will make the department an industry top performer. This position supervises a group of Airport Operations Duty Officers and/or Airport Operations Coordinators and is key to ensuring that the Jetport’s core values of Safety, Service, Teamwork, and Trust are woven into the daily operations of our team.

Expected Hours/Schedule:
Airport Operations Supervisors work rotating 10 hour shifts/4 days a week, and are required to be available for holidays and on-call shifts and are subject to mandatory overtime call-ins as the Jetport is a 24/7/365 operation.

Salary & Benefits:
This is a union position, Pro-Tech Grade MA-8, $33.06-36.12/hour, base starting rate depending on experience with OT available and additional shift differential.
