**About the Role**
We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our accounting team. This is a remote role. You will assist with day to day financial admin tasks including AR, AP, and basic data tracking. This role fits someone organized, detail focused, and comfortable working with numbers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist with accounts receivable tasks such as invoice tracking and follow ups
* Support accounts payable by organizing bills and preparing payment records
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
* Update spreadsheets and reconcile basic data
* Communicate with internal team for document and payment updates
* Help with reporting and other admin tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
* 1 to 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in accounting support
* Basic knowledge of AR and AP processes
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Good English communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
* Reliable internet and remote work setup
**Schedule**
* **Full time**
* Must be able to work U.S. hours, PST preferred
**Compensation**
* **$5-$7 based on experience **
