Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management, using high-reach forklifts and cherry pickers to accurately pick and put away furniture orders. Because our products range from mattresses to sectional sofas, this position requires comfort working at significant heights and the physical stamina for heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate stand-up high-reach forklifts, cherry pickers (order pickers), and electric pallet jacks.
Order Picking & Put-Away: Elevate to high rack locations to pick large-profile furniture items for customer orders and accurately put away incoming stock.
Inventory Accuracy: Use RF scanners to scan barcodes, verify item numbers, and update inventory locations in real-time.
Loading & Unloading: Assist in loading outbound trailers and unloading inbound shipments, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
Quality Control: Inspect furniture for any visible defects or damage before staging or shipping.
Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work zone.

qualifications:
- Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
